Tarot readings are not a substitute for medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. If you are seeking this type of guidance, please refer to a professional.

tarotbyseraphim.ca / Seraphim does not accept any responsibility or liability for any actions taken as a result of a reading. Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only.

Readings are booked upon receipt of payment. Payment is accepted via PayPal, Interact Etransfer or Credit Card

Code of Ethics

I will serve the highest and best good of my clients and conduct my professional services and activities without causing or intending to cause harm to any.

All readings are strictly confidential and will never be shared with any third parties without the clients express permission, except in the following circumstances; (1) to prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (2) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or (3) investigative claims.

Readings will not be provided for anyone under the age of 18.
I will not provide readings about any minor under the age of 18 unless you are the legal guardian.

I treat all my clients with equal respect and dignity regardless of race, gender, age, religious belief, or sexual preference.

Readings about third parties may be accommodated, but only in-so-far as this relates to you, your life-path and choices before you.

Free will is sacred. I honour and deeply respect this law and will not facilitate any reading or line of questioning which encroaches on the free will of either my client or a third party.

As I am not a trained professional in the following areas, I will recommend my clients seek out a trained profession for any medical, legal, financial or psychological guidance.

What my readings do not include:

  • finding lost items or people
  • solving crimes
  • predicting or viewing a person or persons death date or method
  • providing specific dates for events such as marriage or pregnancy
  • medical advice
  • financial advice
  • Readings about youths under the age of 18 unless you are the legal guardian of the youth

I will never tell anyone what to do. I strongly believe you are the architecht of your own happiness and my goal is to help you make the most informed decision, but ultimately all decisions rest with you. I will not tell you what you should or should not do.
I respectfully reserve the right to decline readings on the above topics or which violates my code of ethics.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to phone or video readings, and 48 hours prior to in-person readings. In these cases a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of phone or video readings, or within 48 hours of an in-person readings will not be refunded.
No refunds will be provided for services rendered. Please understand that once I have facilitated our reading, I have already dedicated my time, energy and Spirit to your inquiry.
If you are unsure if you wish to read with me, please explore my website, Facebook page, and YouTube channel to determine if my style is a good fit for you. I wish to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your reading, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Video Reading Recordings. Tarot by Seraphim may, at your option, provide video conference tarot readings through third party platforms or hosts, such as but not limited to Skype, or Facebook. These video readings may from time to time be recorded. If a video reading is recorded, you will be notified in advance of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though charges may apply. Before consenting to a video reading, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with Tarot by Seraphim. By commencing a video reading, you are consenting to the terms herein. Also, use of the third party platform triggers that third party’s Privacy Policy as well, and you are expected to be familiar with its Privacy Policy and consent thereto. Please be advised that you are not permitted to record video readings without express, written permission from Tarot by Seraphim. If you would like to record your video tarot reading, please ask before doing so.

While Tarot by Seraphim exercises reasonable efforts to maintain your confidentiality, electronic communications over the Internet are not always secure.
